TO APPLY FOR REDUCED PRESS ADMISSION AND / OR PRESS CREDENTIALS YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

1. A letter of assignment from your editor/publisher on your media outlet’s letterhead
   with circulation/distribution, frequency, etc.
2. Copy of publication, and/or DVD / YOUTUBE of TV/Cable program with your name on the masthead, by-line, or credits
3. Contact info (address, phone and e-mail).
4. Send us any coverage that you have produced in the past and/or a copy of the publication containing your article(s); please provide a clear indication (such as page tabs) to easily locate article.
5. E-Zines – E-zines will be reviewed contextually. Your URL may be submitted electronically with the additional information. It is understood that an E-zine must meet a web traffic standard to qualify.


Please note: All submissions are reviewed in the order they are received. Recognition is contingent on meeting all requirements and final approval by the events PR company.
